Data processing by equipup for generic marketing purposes

With the express consent of the user, Equiup will process the user's personal data to send him information and promotional communications, including the newsletter, discount coupons and special offers, referring to its own and/or third party products and/or services, as well as for for direct sales purposes and for carrying out market research, by e-mail, postal service and/or telephone contact.

The legal basis of this processing is the express consent of the user (art. 6.1.a) of the Regulation.

The user can revoke the consent given at any time and/or oppose, at any time, the processing of his data for marketing purposes:

• through the appropriate link present in each promotional communication sent by Equiup;
• via the account section called "[Privacy Policy]".

The provision of data for generic marketing purposes is optional: there is no legal or contractual obligation for the user to provide such data for this purpose and/or to give consent to the processing of his personal data for this purpose. purpose.

For general marketing purposes, Equiup will process the user's data until the consent is revoked and/or the right to object is exercised and, in any case, no later than four years from the data collection, reserving the right , before the expiry of this term, to ask the user to renew the consent and/or update the data.
